Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Cardiac Support | Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group | Chicago, IL Location: St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital Employment Type: Full-Time Facility: Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group Overview: Prime Healthcare is currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support our cardiology team in Chicago, IL. This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity cardiac care setting alongside board-certified cardiologists, providing outpatient and limited inpatient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and cardiac evaluations Manage chronic cardiac conditions such as CHF, CAD, arrhythmias, and post-MI care Assist with medication management, lifestyle counseling, and patient education Collaborate with cardiologists to monitor and adjust treatment plans Support post-discharge follow-up and transitional care

Current Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois Certification as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with cardiology experience At least 1 year of experience in cardiology or internal medicine preferred ACLS and BLS certification required

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
