Job Description
CenterWell Home Health, part of Humana Inc., seeks a PRN Home Health Speech Therapist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment for seniors and adults with communication and swallowing disorders. You will perform assessments, develop and adjust care plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, and educate patients and caregivers to support safety and independence at home.
