Job Description
We are looking for a
Corporate Commercial lawyer
with experience in advising on commercial matters, particularly in
drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts . Experience in leasing transactions will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of
commercial agreements and contracts . Advise internal stakeholders on contractual terms, commercial risks and legal implications. Manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, service providers and other business partners. Provide legal support on day-to-day
corporate and commercial matters . Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks while ensuring business objectives are addressed. Assist in structuring and documenting commercial transactions. Support the team on
leasing and related real estate transactions , where required. Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical and commercially oriented advice. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of transactions. Desired Experience & Skills Qualified lawyer with relevant experience in
corporate commercial matters . Strong experience in
drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts . Good understanding of contractual principles and commercial risk. Experience in
leasing transactions
will be an added advantage. Strong drafting, negotiation, communication and analytical skills. Ability to understand business requirements and provide practical legal solutions. Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
