 WE ARE HIRING | Diamond & Jewellery Grader 

We are hiring an experienced Diamond & Jewellery Grader to evaluate diamonds, gemstones and finished jewellery for quality, authenticity and compliance with company and industry standards.

 Location: Jaipur City Office & Jaipur – Sitapura Office

 Experience: 4–9 Years

 Budget: As per Industry Standards

 Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only

 Work Mode: On-site

 Qualification:

Graduation is NOT mandatory.

Candidates with any of the following can apply:

• HSC / 12th Pass

• Certification in Diamond/Jewellery Grading

• Relevant hands-on industry experience

? Key Responsibilities

• Grade and evaluate diamonds based on the 4Cs – Cut, Color, Clarity & Carat Weight
  
• Inspect and assess gemstones and finished jewellery for quality and authenticity
  
• Verify diamond and gemstone measurements, proportions and certifications
  
• Identify inclusions, blemishes and other quality parameters using grading tools and equipment
  
• Ensure jewellery products meet company quality standards before dispatch
  
• Maintain accurate grading records and documentation
  
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues
  
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory
  
• Follow industry grading standards and company procedures
  
• Handle diamonds and jewellery with utmost care and security
  

 Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of Diamond Grading and the 4Cs

 Knowledge of gemstones and jewellery quality assessment

 Ability to identify inclusions, blemishes and quality defects

 Familiarity with diamond/gemstone grading tools

 Knowledge of measurements, proportions and certifications

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 Good documentation and record-keeping skills

 Ability to coordinate with Production and Quality teams

 Strong understanding of jewellery handling and security procedures
