Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming financial systems through the implementation of advanced SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with a team to design and execute innovative strategies, ensuring that financial processes are streamlined and efficient. You will engage in system testing, troubleshooting, and data integration, all while leading your team to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality results. Your expertise will guide the team in navigating challenges and optimizing performance, making a significant impact on the organization's financial operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Oversee the development and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.- Experience with SAP Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation.- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.- Familiarity with system testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- This position is based at our Indore office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
