Charge(e) de projets

Le candidat aura comme principale responsabilite de mener a bien lexecution des projets de structures vitrees (murs-rideaux, pare-soleils, lanterneaux, vitrage specialise) sous sa supervision. Relevant du directeur des projets architecturaux, le candidat travaillera conjointement avec lequipe technique, la comptabilite, le departement de fabrication et lequipe dingenierie.

Ce que vous ferez

• Coordonner les activites dinstallation sur le chantier en assurant un encadrement des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs.
• Coordonner et planifier les approvisionnements, les activites de fabrication en fonction de levolution des chantiers et des echeanciers.
• Effectuer le suivi des couts des projets, facturation ainsi que des echeanciers.
• Assurer une rentabilite financiere des projets et suivi des extras.
• Reviser les plans de projet et suivi des approbations des professionnels.
• Prendre les mesures sur le chantier lorsque requis.
• Organiser les reunions internes et les reunions de chantier.
• Preparer les documents du projet tel que les denonciations, documents de fins des travaux et autres documents.

Ce quil vous faut pour reussir:

• BAC en genie civil ou certificat en gestion de projets PMI ou PMP.
• Entre 1 an et 5 ans dexperience en gestion de projets dans la construction ou un domaine connexe. Une experience en gestion de projets denvergure dans le domaine du mur-rideau est un atout.
• Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) autant a loral qua lecrit.
• Habilites a lire des plans et devis.
• Habilites a travailler dans un environnement de type entrepreneurial, dans un contexte devolution et de croissance.
• Leadership, dynamisme, etre proactif.
• Entrepreneuriat et sens des affaires prononce.
• Bon communicateur et doit aimer le travail dequipe.
• Esprit analytique et capacite a reagir rapidement.
• Capacite a travailler sous pression.
• Forte gestion des priorites et habilete a mener plusieurs projets simultanement.

Cette fourchette est fournie par Allegion. Votre remuneration reelle sera basee sur vos competences et votre experience.

• Fourchette de salaire de base prevue : $80 000 - $120 000 (le salaire reel sera determine en fonction de lexperience et dautres facteurs autorises par la loi)

Project Manager

The candidates primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful completion of glazing projects (curtain walls, sunshades, skylights, specialized glazing) under his or her supervision. Reporting to the Director of Architectural Projects, the candidate will work closely with the technical team, the accounting department, the fabrication department, and the engineering team.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate installation activities on the job site by overseeing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate and plan procurement and manufacturing activities based on job site progress and schedules.
• Monitor project costs, invoicing, and schedules.
• Ensure the financial profitability of projects and track change orders.
• Review project plans and track approvals from professionals.
• Take measurements on-site as required.
• Organize internal meetings and site meetings.
• Prepare project documents such as notices of termination, completion documents, and other relevant documents

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a project management certificationPMI or PMP.
• Between 1 and 5 years of project management experience in construction or a related field. Experience managing large-scale projects in the curtain wall sector is a plus.
• Bilingualism (French and English) in both spoken and written communication.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment, in a context of change and growth.
• Leadership, dynamism, and a proactive attitude.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen.
• Good communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
• Analytical mindset and ability to react quickly.

This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
