Position: Sales Manager - US Sales Experience

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of US Sales Experience

Role: Team Lead

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Salary: Negotiable / Based on Experience

Location: Webel IT Park, Asansol

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies. Handle US-based clients and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor team performance and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients. Train, motivate, and support team members.

Requirements

Education: Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of US sales experience. Proven experience in a Team Lead / Sales Leadership role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of sales processes and client handling. Target-oriented with strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Immediate joiners preferred.
