Project Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to be the link between our designers, developers, product manager, and content writers. You’ll keep projects moving smoothly from idea to launch, so every team knows what to do, when, and why. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily between designers, developers, the product manager, and content writers to deliver projects on time
• Turn product requirements from the product manager into clear tasks, timelines, and assignments
• Manage the workflow between teams, for example content to design to development to review to launch
• Make sure designers and content writers deliver assets on time so developers aren’t blocked
• Track tasks, deadlines, and progress in project management tools
• Run stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings, and share notes and action items
• Gather feedback and revisions from stakeholders and route them to the right team member
• Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks early and help resolve them
• Keep briefs, design files, content documents, and specs organized and easy to find
• Share regular status updates with the product manager and leadership
• Support QA and launch checklists so everything is ready before release

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Associate, or in a similar role in a digital, tech, or marketing team
• Hands-on experience working with designers, developers, and content teams
• Basic understanding of the design and development process (wireframes, UI/UX, development sprints, QA)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office, Slack, and Figma (viewing and commenting)
• A problem-solver who follows up without being reminded

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile or Scrum
• Experience working with US or international teams
• A background in website, app, or digital marketing projects
• A project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or Scrum)
