Account Manager About the job You'll be the face of Clarity to our US-based clients - the one person they call when something needs to happen. We're a tax and accounting firm, and our clients expect precision, responsiveness, and someone they can trust. Your job is to keep them happy, make sure nothing falls through the cracks internally, and ensure they never feel the need to escalate.
