Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships, support campaign execution, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions. This role involves understanding client objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery, and contributing to business growth through strategic coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication and build strong relationships.
• Understand client goals and support brand strategy execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely project delivery.
• Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and task prioritization.
• Ensure quality checks and smooth content execution across platforms.
• Analyze performance data and support reporting and insights.
• Conduct industry and competitor research for strategy support.
• Support team communication and handle basic escalations.
• Assist in report creation, presentations, and financial tracking.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and vendor coordination.

Preferred Skills:

• 2.5–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management in a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Candidates with prior experience working with luxury or beauty brands will be preferred.
