Role Overview The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Founder/Managing Director, managing schedules, communications, and confidential matters with discretion. Key Responsibilities Manage the Founder/MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings. Act as a liaison between the Founder/MD and internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders. Handle confidential documents and communications with a high degree of discretion. Coordinate logistics for board meetings, client visits, and events. Track action items and follow up on deliverables on behalf of the Founder/MD. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; additional certification in office/business administration is a plus. Experience: 3–7 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-support administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai. Mandatory Skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication. High discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
