ResponsibilitiesManage multifamily projects day to day, covering budget, schedule, quality and safetyPrepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and pay applicationsRun owner, architect and subcontractor meetingsTrack costs and forecast against budgetWork closely with the superintendent and field team to keep the schedule on trackManage submittals, RFIs and closeout documentation
RequirementsPrevious experience as a project manager or assistant PM on multifamily projectsSolid understanding of contracts, budgeting and cost controlStrong communication and xzbcwsv leadership skillsExperience with Procore or similar project management softwareBased in or willing to work out of the Hickory, NC office
