Job DescriptionDevelop and execute litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a caseDraft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and substantive briefsArgue motions and appear in court when appropriateTake and defend fact witness and expert depositionsManage discovery, including disputes and motion practiceCommunicate directly with clients and help guide them through complex litigation matters
QualificationsActive and good-standing Florida Bar license3+ years of commercial or business litigation experienceStrong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skillsExperience with depositions, motion practice, and discoveryAbility to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
