Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CMA role based in Jaipur. The CMA will handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities, including recording transactions, managing ledgers, and assisting with budgeting and cost analysis related to automotive parts distribution. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting audits, monitoring inventory and pricing data, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The CMA will collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and optimize cost efficiency. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation, using accounting software effectively, and contributing to continuous improvement in financial processes.

Qualifications

Professional accounting qualification such as CMA , with solid knowledge of financial accounting and cost accounting principles.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, reconciliations, and basic financial analysis.

Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in finance, sales, and operations.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Understanding of inventory management, pricing, and margins in an automotive or manufacturing context is an advantage.

Prior experience in an automotive, distribution, or industrial company is preferred but not mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
