Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (US Market) to support our sales team by identifying prospective customers, initiating outreach, and scheduling meetings with qualified decision-makers.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, have excellent communication skills, and are looking to build a career in international sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers across the US market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the US Sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over phone and email.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
