Inizio Engage seeks a Director, Pharmacy Operations to lead a non-dispensing pharmacy supporting biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients. You will own operational strategy, workflow design, and quality standards to deliver compliant, efficient, patient-centered programs. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll enable product launches, patient support, and payer solutions while using data and technology to drive performance. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, ensure regulatory and audit readiness, and champion continuous improvement in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
