Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute global export marketing strategies.

✅ Generate quality international B2B leads and expand export markets.

✅ Build and strengthen the A.R. Agro Spices brand globally.

✅ Participate in international trade fairs and buyer-seller meets.

✅ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.

✅ Work closely with the export team to drive business growth.

✅ Create marketing presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

✅ Lead and mentor the marketing team.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of international B2B sales and export markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Expertise in digital marketing and global lead generation
• Strategic planning and team management
• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and good English
