We are seeking a highly presentable and articulate Executive Assistant to support our Principal

Architect. This individual must possess exceptional communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have

a proven track record of handling high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role

in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the Principal’s schedule is streamlined, and

communication is efficient and professional.

Experience Range - 10+ years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Interact with high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism.

Maintain client relationships and act as a liaison between the Principal Architect and key

stakeholders.

2. Calendar and Travel Management: Coordinate and manage complex scheduling,

meetings, and appointments. Organize travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries

3. Communication & Coordination: Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, and other

correspondence.

4. Administrative Support: Oversee office management and ensure smooth day-to-day

operations.

Technology & Tools:

1. Proficient in using ERP software for data management and reporting.

2. Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc., for drafting content, scheduling, or

research purposes.
