Executive production - food technology

Role:
Third Party Manufacturing Operations:
Manage end to end operations at third party pulses processing units.
Manufacturing/Production/Processing of pulses at TPU
To meet daily , weekly and monthly production volume requirement
To meet all production targets ensuring quality , on time delivery and optimization of resources.
To work on continuous process improvement and avoid rework.
Monitor processing yields, recoveries, and productivity to achieve cost and efficiency targets.
Track processing costs, consumptions, and operational efficiencies
Identify and implement cost -saving and process improvement initiatives s
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with product quality specifications and food safety standards.
Monitor incoming RM Quality , in process controls and Finished Goods Quality
Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality deviations.
Supports and perform NPOP/ NOP / quality / Internal/ Stock audits and ensure compliance with the quality management system
SAP operations:
Perform SAP transactions related to production, inventory management, stock reconciliation , GRN, subcontracting and dispatch activities.
Maintain accurate production and inventory records in SAP.
Safety , EHS and compliance :
Drive implementation of environment , Health and safety standards at third party facilities.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessment, and safety training program.
Monitor waste Management , housekeeping.
Education: Graduate in Food Technology.
Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years required.
Previous experience in pulses processing is preferable but not mandatory
Location: Udgir, Maharashtra, India
