DevOps & IT Support engineer

This is a remote position. About the Role We are looking for a DevOps and IT Support Engineer to own our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal IT operations. This is a cloud-agnostic role — we work across AWS, Azure, and GCP depending on the project, and we expect you to be comfortable navigating all three. You will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our products and keeps our teams productive. Day-to-day, you will split your time between DevOps engineering (~70%) and IT support (~30%). On the DevOps side, you will provision and manage cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code, build automated deployment pipelines, set up monitoring and alerting, and ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and cost-efficient.
