Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Trusts and Estates Associate with 1-6 years of experience to join their Seattle, WA office. The successful candidate will work with high net-worth individuals, families, business owners, corporate fiduciaries, and charitable organizations in estate and tax planning.
DutiesProvide legal counsel on estate and tax planning matters.Collaborate with clients to develop tailored estate plans.Advise on trust administration and fiduciary responsibilities.Engage in legal research and draft relevant documents.
Requirements1-6 years of trusts and estates experience.Strong academic performance.Excellent communication and writing skills.Washington bar admission or eligibility to become admitted.
EducationJD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
CertificationsWashington State Bar admission or ability to obtain.
SkillsProficient in legal research and document drafting.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
