The CNA provides direct resident care including ADL assistance, mobility support, toileting, feeding, and restorative services under nurse supervision. This role monitors and reports changes in condition, documents care accurately, and follows care plans and safety protocols. CNAs support a hospitality-driven, resident-centered culture by engaging with residents, families, and teammates to promote dignity, comfort, and wellness in a collaborative senior living environment.
