Material Handlers/ Putaway Reach Truck Forklift OperatorsMasis Staffing is Now Hiring: Material handlers/ Putaway Reach Truck Forklift Operators in Charlotte, NC 28269 Start Date: October 21st – Immediate Openings Available!Job Details for Material Handlers2nd Shift: 2:30 PM- 11:00 PMMonday-Friday flexible for OT on the weekends (this includes both Saturday and Sunday).Pay Rate: $20.50 per hourOrientation: 8am to 4:30 pm Wed-FriLocation- Charlotte, NC 28269Responsibilities include but are not limited to:All Operators are required to complete a checklist, have it signed by a Supervisor, and sign the equipment out properly before operating it.All Operators are required to WEAR eye protection, a vest, steel shoes, and jeans.Operators must wear a harness and lanyard always connected to the lift and pass the training that will be for 3 days.Accurately transfer product/parts, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, move products throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment, and perform inventory counts as required.Read, interpret, and accomplish WMS reports, recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer.Trained to recognize "obvious damage" at any point in the warehousing process and knowledge of action taken when discovered.Pull orders accurately as assignedStage orders according to carrier location and verify: the number of pallets picked as well as stage locationPrepare Receiving / Storage / Shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process.Aware of and follows location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures.Position may require lifting of 40-60lbs.Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assignedMay operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machineryJob Requirements for Material Handlers2 years of High reach truck experienceMust have a Resume to apply.Great attitude and team workTeam oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever neededThis job description provides a general description of the work performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities.
