Job Summary

Cybernet is seeking a dynamic and skilled Executive – SAP Techno Functional to join our team at the Head Office in Karachi. The SAP Techno-Functional Executive acts as a key role between business users and technical teams. The role involves analysing business requirements, configuring and testing SAP modules (such as MM and FI/CO), and optimizing business processes to ensure efficient system utilization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and sync with standard process.
• Prepare "To-Be" process designs aligned with business objectives.
• Execute end-to-end implementation using existing process frameworks or SAP Activate methodology.
• Perform and support Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for ABAP technical development.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for ABAP technical development.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions where required.
• Resolve production support issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Typically, 1 to 3 years SAP client-side experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP functional modules such as MM, FI, and CO.
• Understanding of industry-specific processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
• SAP certification will be considered an added advantage.
