Job Description
About TW3 Entertainment TW3 Entertainment is an independent entertainment development and production company based in Fort Lauderdale and Los Angeles. With roots in traditional filmmaking, TW3 creates original motion pictures, animation, streaming series, and music.
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
Following the completion of our first AI feature, Merry The Christmas Witch, we are producing Losopolis, a 90-minute AI feature film. We are seeking creative collaborators who can bring cinematic storytelling and production discipline to generative AI filmmaking.
About the Role We are looking for an AI Filmmaker / Generative AI Artist to help turn scripts, storyboards, and visual references into compelling cinematic shots and sequences.
You should understand how shots work together to tell a story and how to maintain consistent characters, locations, action, and visual style across a scene. Some hands-on experience in traditional film or video production is required. We also welcome candidates whose primary background is in editing, animation, VFX, or post-production, supported by practical production experience.
We do not expect one person to be an expert in every tool or department. We value strong filmmaking fundamentals, demonstrated AI skills, collaboration, and the ability to learn. Responsibilities can reflect your strengths within the production team.
Key Responsibilities Create AI-generated images, shots, and sequences from scripts, storyboards, director’s notes, and approved references. Experience developing character reference sheets, location references, storyboards, or continuity guides. Maintain character identity, wardrobe, props, location geography, lighting, and visual style across shots. Apply cinematic principles, including framing, coverage, eyelines, screen direction, matching action, and motivated camera movement. Develop believable character movement, reactions, and performances that support the story. Assemble working edits to assess pacing, continuity, and how shots cut together, collaborating with editorial as needed. Respond to creative notes and revise shots while preserving approved elements. Organize references, generations, shot versions, and project files for clear team handoffs. Identify technical limitations and help find practical creative solutions.
Required Qualifications Practical experience creating images and video with leading generative AI tools (Seedance 2.5, Kling 3/4, Nanao Banana). Some hands-on traditional film or video production experience, including independent films, shorts, commercials, music videos, or comparable projects. A working understanding of cinematic storytelling, shot construction, coverage, and continuity. Demonstrated ability to maintain—or systematically improve—character and environment consistency across multiple shots. Familiarity with an editing application such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, sufficient to assemble and evaluate a sequence. Familiarity with Photoshop for image edits. Ability to follow creative direction, communicate problems, take feedback, and work toward production deadlines. Availability to work in person in Fort Lauderdale.
Helpful, but Not Required Narrative editing, animation, VFX, compositing, cinematography, previs, or script supervision experience. Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Nuke, or comparable applications. Experience with LoRAs, custom models, or other methods of improving consistency. Experience delivering work through a structured post-production pipeline.
Experience with every listed platform is not necessary. Demonstrated results and the ability to adapt matter more than a particular toolset.
What to Submit A brief introduction describing your AI work and traditional production experience. A portfolio or reel, including at least one complete edited sequence using AI-generated video. A short scene is welcome; previous AI feature film experience is not required. A brief explanation of your contribution to each submitted example, including tools used and any collaborators. If available, examples showing recurring characters or locations across multiple shots. Your availability, location, and contract rate or range. Selected candidates may be invited to complete a short, paid creative test assessing storytelling, consistency, and response to direction.
What We Offer Paid contract work with feature film credit. Collaboration with an experienced filmmaking team on an original AI feature. An environment that combines creative exploration with established filmmaking practices. xzbcwsv Potential opportunities for future TW3 projects.
