Job Description Manage 2-4 concurrent construction projects at various stages of completion Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Utilize Procore for project management, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues Support procurement and subcontractor buyout activities Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Work closely with Operations leadership and fellow Project Managers MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
