Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£28,000–£30,000 + Uncapped Commission

From your first week, you'll speak with candidates and clients, learn how businesses hire exceptional talent and develop the skills to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process, including:
Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
Developing relationships with businesses and advising them on their hiring needs
Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement
Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the process
Negotiating offers and helping clients secure the best talent
Building your own market, client base and reputation as your experience grows
This is a career where no two days are the same. You'll combine sales, relationship building, problem solving and commercial thinking while working towards clear personal and financial goals.
