Learning Operations Intern

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Learning Operations Intern to support learner engagement and day-to-day activities within the Learning Team. The role will involve regularly connecting with learners, tracking their progress and supporting smooth program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Call learners regarding attendance, assignments, assessments and upcoming sessions
• Follow up with inactive or at-risk learners and encourage participation
• Understand learner concerns and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution
• Maintain accurate calling, follow-up and learner-engagement trackers
• Support learner communication through calls, WhatsApp, email and LMS
• Assist with live-session coordination and faculty follow-ups
• Track attendance, submissions, assessments and learner feedback
• Support the Learning Team with reports and other operational activities

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with learners over calls
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong coordination, follow-up and organisational skills
• Patient and empathetic approach toward learners
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
