We’re looking for a Video Editor who can combine great editing with the new generation of AI creative tools. If you can turn an idea into an engaging video using editing, motion graphics, animation, and AI

Baclinc is a digital marketing agency based in Powai, Mumbai, working with brands across SEO, social media, performance marketing, content, and web development.

You’ll join our existing content and creative team , work alongside experienced team members, and get the opportunity to learn while creating content for brands across different industries.

• Edit short-form videos, reels, social media content, ads, and brand videos
• Create AI-generated videos and visuals using tools like Gemini, Higgsfield, and other emerging AI platforms
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and engaging visual elements
• Work with Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva for day-to-day production
• Turn scripts, briefs, raw footage, and ideas into polished videos
• Collaborate with our content, design, and marketing teams
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative formats to continuously improve output
  

• 1+ year of video editing experience
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva
• Experience or genuine hands-on interest in AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Gemini, and similar platforms
• Ability to create basic animations and motion graphics
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, music, typography, and social-first content
• Comfortable learning new creative and AI tools quickly
• Education must be completed. This role is not suitable for candidates currently pursuing college or full-time education.
• Must be able to commute to our Powai office
  

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office. This is not a work-from-home or remote role.

Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Saturdays Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month

You won’t be working in isolation. You’ll become part of an existing content team where you can learn, experiment, and build your skills across video editing, animation, AI content creation, and digital marketing.
