Jefferies Equities Data & Intelligence (JEDI) – Analyst (New York)

Jefferies Equities Data experience with data manipulation libraries (pandas, NumPy). Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or Oracle. Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and command-line tooling. Familiarity with core cybersecurity concepts (TLS/SSL, hashing, encryption, authentication) Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading concepts. Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg or Refinitiv is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment with tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
