Job Description Contract Instructional DesignerYou will partner closely with Wealth Talent, Development, and Leadership team, HR Partners, business leaders and enterprise partners to understand where learning solutions or strategies can best support business outcomes and help to influence and shape the leader and associate experience.

The Expertise You Have Strong experience consulting and conducting the needs analysis and lead the design of learning solutions across critical skills and targeted role types employing innovating learning multi-modalities and technologies to transform the learner experience - including application, measurement, reinforcement and sustainment.Experience designing, developing, executing, and overseeing others doing similar work on your projects – all that will result in engaging learning experiencesAbility to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects / programs concurrently within a fast-paced environmentPartner with the broader Talent and HR team to implement the learning initiatives into the organization through integrated planning and communications to illustrate how skill development is part of a broader Talent Strategy and ecosystem.Intermediate/Advanced experience using tools for visual and multimedia design6+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, user experience, or related fieldExcellent presentation, speaking and, communication (verbal and written) skills; ability to communicate and influence across the organization.
