SECTION I: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) The Team Member – Execution supports site construction activities by assisting in supervision of works, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. The role supports senior engineers and site leads in achieving construction milestones and maintaining project schedules. SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Financial / Functional Perspective ? Assist in reducing material wastage and rework at site ? Support productivity improvements and efficient resource utilization ? Assist in monitoring material consumption and site usage ? Support achievement of project milestones and billing targets Customer Perspective ? Support execution of works as per project timelines
