TeleforceCX is hiring confident and motivated Outbound & Inbound Sales Agents (Openers) to join our growing remote team. This role focuses on outbound calling, appointment booking, live transfers, and handling inbound callbacks from voicemail campaigns. Compensation

Full-Time

• Uncapped Commissions (Live Transfers, Appointment Bookings)
• Commission structure varies by campaign

Part-Time

• Commissions on Live Transfers and Appointment Bookings
• Campaign-based incentives

Schedule

Full-Time Shift

Break Time: 1 hour per shift

Part-Time Shift

Monday – Friday

Optional overtime may be available based on performance and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using approved scripts
• Engage and pre-qualify U.S. prospects professionally
• Schedule appointments or deliver compliant live transfers to closers
• Handle inbound callbacks generated from RVM (voicemail) campaigns
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow performance standards

Requirements

• Strong spoken English with clear phone communication
• Reliable laptop/PC, USB headset, and stable internet connection
• Comfortable working overnight U.S. calling hours (Pakistan Time)
• Previous call center or cold-calling experience is a plus — training provided
