What you'll own

• Delivery across multiple concurrent programs: scope, timeline, budget
• Cross-project dependencies, risks, and the bottlenecks nobody flagged
• Scope and change control: assess change request impact, re-baseline cleanly, stop scope drift
• Stakeholders across Cloud, Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Architecture, Application, and Business teams (global and zonal)
• Third-party and vendor coordination where programs depend on external partners
• Governance through SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare, including release and production change control
• RAID and decision logs that stay current
• Resource and effort coordination across your programs
• Delivery quality against governance, audit, and compliance requirements
• Exec and steering committee reporting that drives decisions, not just informs
• Financials: Budget vs. LE, forecasts, variance
• Delivery templates and playbooks so the next program starts ahead

What you bring

• 3 to 8 years delivering technology programs in large, complex enterprise environments
• Track record running several programs at once and landing them
• Range across Cloud, Infra, Security, Architecture, Applications, Compliance
• Command of governance, dependency, risk, issue, and scope-change management
• Delivery through SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Vendor and third-party delivery coordination
• Financial fluency: budgeting, forecasting, variance, plus Excel and Power BI
• PPM/PM tooling (e.g. Planview, Clarity, ServiceNow, Jira Align, MS Project)
• Technical depth to challenge a bad assumption in the room (not a hands-on engineering role)
• Comfort when the path isn't drawn for you yet
