We're partnering with a global consumer products organization that is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist for a contract opportunity supporting its marketing team during a maternity leave coverage. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who excels at creating polished presentations, analyzing market data, and supporting key marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication and analytical skills with exceptional PowerPoint expertise. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform market insights, consumer trends, and business data into compelling, customer-facing materials that help drive strategic decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance customer-facing presentations and marketing materialsTurn research, data, and insights into visually compelling PowerPoint presentationsSupport market, consumer, and category trend analysisGather, organize, and analyze marketing and competitive intelligence dataCoordinate marketing projects, workshops, and internal initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completionSupport additional marketing projects and business initiatives as needed
Qualifications3+ years of marketing, communications, insights, or related business support experienceAdvanced PowerPoint skills with strong presentation storytelling abilitiesStrong Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office proficiencyExcellent organizational, analytical, and project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities while working independentlyExperience within the fragrance, flavor, consumer products, or related industries is a plus
