We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Specialist – Cybersecurity

Bengaluru | Experience: 1–4 years | Individual Contributor

CyberMindr is an AI-enabled Attack Path Discovery and Validation platform that helps enterprises identify and validate what attackers can exploit.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns.
• Engage CISOs and security leaders, understand their needs, and schedule qualified demos.
• Work closely with regional sales managers to build pipeline.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and accurate CRM records.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years in inside sales, lead generation, or business development in B2B technology.
• Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity, with exposure to VAPT, red teaming, penetration testing, or attack surface management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with confidence in cold calling and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Ability to research accounts, personalize outreach, and qualify customer interest.
• Good organization, consistent follow-up, and a target-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with HubSpot; prospecting tool experience is a plus.
• Willingness to deepen cybersecurity knowledge and explain its business relevance.
