About the role

We're looking for someone who thinks visually, communicates clearly, and can own creative output from concept to delivery. This isn't just a social media role — you'll be producing polished emailers, product catalogues, brochures, and campaign materials that represent Opaline to a premium North American market. A strong UI/UX sensibility is essential: you understand layout, hierarchy, and how design guides the eye. 

What you'll work on Emailers and digital campaigns — design and build email templates that look great across clients and drive action  Brochures and product catalogues — create print-ready and digital marketing collateral for our surfaces line  Social and short-form video — produce scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Linked In, and marketing campaigns  Brand consistency — maintain and evolve our visual identity across all touchpoints, digital and print  Digital asset management — organise and maintain a library of creative assets, product imagery, and templates  Marketing analytics — track reach, engagement, and conversions; understand what the numbers mean and act on them Website Updates – Need to update new collection, blogs, new products on the website, as and when needed 

What we're looking for 1–3 years of experience in a creative, design, or marketing role  Strong UI/UX sensibility — you understand visual hierarchy, layout grids, and design systems  Canva and Corel DRAW proficiency required; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design) a strong plus  Video editing — comfortable with Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools  Email design experience — familiarity with designing for Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms  Eye for premium aesthetics — you appreciate the look and feel of luxury materials brands  Clear communicator — strong written English; you can write copy that complements your designs  Self-directed — comfortable managing your own workload in a fully remote setup  Prior experience in surfaces, building materials, or manufacturing is a bonus, not a requirement

⏰ Note on hours: This role requires working Eastern Time Zone hours (approx. 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) . Please apply only if you're comfortable with night shifts on a permanent basis.
