Lead Registered Respiratory Therapist

Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care and clinical leadership within our integrated health system. In this role, you will perform and oversee diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures, manage ventilators, and respond to rapid response and code situations. You will mentor and precept staff, support protocol development, collaborate with physicians and nursing, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and help optimize workflows. As a clinical resource, you’ll champion best practices, contribute to quality improvement, and support Wellstar’s culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
