Evening and Weekend Receptionist Needed !

Mercedes-Benz of Huntington seeks a Front Desk Sales Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This is a part-time position working 3 evenings (5-8pm); Saturday (9-6), and Sunday (11-4)
Responsibilities Greet and welcome all customers with a friendly attitude and uncover their needs. xzbcwsv Answer phones, direct consumers to the proper department, and follow up promptly. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution Operate the switchboard telephone system Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the length of time customers spend on hold Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage PI4a0bf1179
