This is an exciting opportunity to join our Employee Relations team: Working in collaboration with the EMEA Employee relations Team, you will apply relevant employee relations approaches and solutions, to provide clarity and support to our HR Team and line managers. Manager, Employee Relations France, Belgium preferably understanding of Belgium and Lux employment law Experience in developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong drafting skills in French as well as in English Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound judgments and decisions in complex employee relations situations Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact, discretion, and professionalism Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities and to work effectively under pressure whilst not compromising professional standards Strong communication skills #LI-AIG At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
