Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) plays a vital role in delivering behavioral therapy services under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Working primarily in school-based settings, the RBT implements treatment plans, collects and records behavioral data using specialized software, and interacts closely with clients to monitor and support their progress.
