Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee entire design lifecycle, from brief interpretation to final
- delivery.
- Mentorship: Guide and review work of junior designers, ensuring quality and skill
- development.
- Creative Execution: Design engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics for various platforms
(web, print, social).
- Brand Management: Uphold brand consistency and voice across all materials and
touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, product, and other teams to align design with business
goals.
- Concept Generation: Develop fresh, innovative ideas and visual strategies for campaigns.
- Quality Control: Review and refine designs, ensuring high standards and adherence to
guidelines.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, often 2+ years.
- Experience in Generative AI
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project work.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
