Technical recruiting at Verticalmove is a combination of sales, technology, headhunting, interviewing, persuasion, and relationship building. You'll help high-growth technology companies identify and hire Software Engineers, AI/ML, Data Engineers, Architects, Product leaders, and other hard-to-find technical professionals. The best candidates rarely apply to job postings. Your job is to find them, engage them, understand what they've accomplished, and get them interested in a conversation. What You'll Do You'll learn how to: Hunt for hard-to-find technical talent Make outbound calls and engage passive candidates Interview and qualify technical professionals Understand what candidates have actually built and accomplished Develop knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data, Cloud, and modern software engineering Present companies and career opportunities Build candidate pipelines and long-term professional relationships Manage candidates through interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing Build a professional network that compounds throughout your career This is a high-conversation, high-outbound role. You will spend significant time on the phone.
