Parents are expected to figure it out as they go, while technology, lifestyles, family structures, and childhood itself are changing fast.

We are building a user manual for parents , starting with personalized expert support for real parenting challenges.

About You

• You are a highly resourceful generalist who is fierce with execution and follow-through.
• You learn fast and operate with a “who, not how” mindset.
• You believe in overcommunicating — crisply and clearly.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and can research quickly.
• You treat AI like a team of interns you manage, not something you blindly depend on.
• You have independently run a project, initiative, event, community, startup, or something similar.
• You naturally keep track of multiple moving pieces and close loops.
• Experience: 0–1 years | Final-year students and fresh graduates welcome

What You Will Do

• Support growth and distribution experiments.
• Stay on top of priorities across different workstreams.
• Support hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and partnership research.
• Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, experts, and external partners.
• Maintain trackers and simple operating dashboards.
• Research and support grants, incubators, and relevant startup applications.
• Take ownership of specific projects and workstreams as you grow in the role.
