Position Overview We are looking for ambitious, fast-learning Full-Stack Business Owner Interns to join our team. This internship is designed for high-potential individuals who want an end-to-end look at how a venture-backed health-tech company operates from the inside. Rather than working on isolated administrative tasks, you will take ownership of a specific business surface or operational domain (e.g., Member Engagement, Care Delivery, Clinical Operations, Enterprise Growth, or Data Workflows). Your goal during the internship will be to design, build, and operate that surface from concept to delivery. If you have an Engineering background: You won't just write code; you will design user flows, build operational processes, and set up tracking/telemetry for your surface. If you come from Product, Business, or Operations: You will operate with high technical fluency, using logic, workflow automation, data tools, or light scripting to build solutions.
