Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

The Indian School of Image Management (ISIM) is India's leading institute for Image Consulting, Soft Skills and Executive Presence. We deliver professional certification programs, executive education and customised corporate training solutions across India and internationally.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Program & Operations Executive to join our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

1) Student Program Operations

• Manage the complete student lifecycle from onboarding to certification.
• Create batch calendars, cohorts and class schedules.
• Coordinate faculty and trainer availability across programs.
• Set up and manage student records on the LMS and operational systems.
• Track attendance, assignments, assessments and certifications.
• Ensure an exceptional student experience through timely coordination and follow-ups.

2) Corporate Training Operations

• Act as the delivery coordinator for enterprise training projects.
• Attend client meetings, document requirements and coordinate project execution.
• Liaise between corporate clients, trainers and internal teams.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, materials and workshop preparation.
• Travel to client locations when required to oversee program delivery.

3) Operations & Reporting

• Prepare project trackers, operational reports and MIS.
• Maintain accurate documentation across all programs.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Program Coordination or Project Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Teams.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools and project management software.
