Key Responsibilities: Managing and supporting a team of 4 Planners Overseeing the day-to-day planning and scheduling function Allocating and prioritising workloads across the team Ensuring repairs and maintenance jobs are scheduled efficiently Monitoring workloads and outstanding jobs Managing operative diaries and appointments Liaising with operatives, subcontractors, customers and internal teams Ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales Dealing with escalated queries and resolving issues Supporting the team with complex planning requirements Maintaining accurate records and updating systems Identifying improvements to planning processes Providing guidance and support to the planning team Skills
