About the Role

Facility Specialist should serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive

operations of an organization or business location.

Requirements:

● II PUC or Bachelor’s Degree

● Supervisory experience in Facility departments

● Organized at work

● Personally strong enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously.

● Good communication and multiple languages are an add-on. (Hindi & Kannada)

Role & Responsibilities:

● Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met.

● Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.

● Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment.

● Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets.

● Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance

● Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and

external contractors

● Allocate office space according to needs

● Handle insurance plans and service contracts

● Keep financial and non-financial records and do the on time bill submission

● Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to

implement programs.

● Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs

● Travel arrangements - ticket & stay

● Event coordinator

● Very little field work is required, and one should know the local market.

and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

efficiency.
