Job Summary

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Visual Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with an AI-first mindset. You will create compelling brand and marketing assets while helping us improve how creative work is produced and delivered.

This role is for someone who actively explores new tools, experiments with AI-assisted workflows, and can connect tools through Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, plugins, or automation platforms to improve quality, consistency, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Create brand assets, digital advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, campaign visuals, and print-ready layouts.
• Translate creative briefs, rough ideas, and business requirements into clear visual concepts and polished designs.
• Use Figma as the primary workspace for design creation, collaboration, prototyping, feedback, and handoff.
• Maintain consistent typography, colors, imagery, components, and visual styles across company communications.
• Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, visual exploration, copy assistance, production support, and repetitive design tasks.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce turnaround time without compromising creative quality.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Present design decisions clearly to both creative and non-design team members.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and refine designs through multiple review cycles.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for digital and print use.
• Stay current with emerging design practices, AI capabilities, plugins, and creative technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, basic video editing, brand design, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, shared libraries, and prototyping.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Video editing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative or productivity tools.
• A degree, diploma, or certificate in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field or equivalent professional experience supported by a strong portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI image-generation and creative tools such as Magnific, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Experience connecting Figma with AI, content, development, or project-management tools.
• Experience creating or maintaining brand guidelines and design systems.
• Basic motion graphics, video-editing, or animation skills.
