Role Overview

We are hiring an BIM Modeler – HVAC to join our production team on-site in Noida Sector 18. You will develop 3 D Revit models, extract 2 D shop drawings, and assist in multi-service clash coordination for building projects in Australia.

Key Responsibilities Model detailed HVAC systems (ductwork, piping, plant equipment) using Autodesk Revit. Generate accurate 2 D shop, installation, and fabrication drawings from 3 D models. Identify and resolve discipline-specific clashes before coordination reviews. Coordinate with Australia-based project leads to implement drawing revisions and project standards.

Requirements Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC drafting/modeling, focused primarily on HVAC. Software: Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Auto CAD. Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of HVAC layouts, duct sizing conventions, and standard drawing sheet setups. Location: Must be able to work full-time on-site at Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh . Education: Diploma or B. Tech/B. E. in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline. Advantage: Prior experience working on Australian (AS/NZS) standards or projects is beneficial, but not mandatory.
